Overview of October 2025 Events in the Eastern Province

The events were inaugurated on Monday, October 6th. A speech of thanks and appreciation was delivered by Mr. Hussein Al-Oufi, the Director of Youth Hostels in Dammam, who praised the overall readiness and the commencement of activities and events. He also expressed his gratitude to the dedicated teams, including organizers, collaborators, and volunteers, for their full preparations and workshop efforts.
He praised the official sponsor of the events, Ajyal Academy, as well as the success partners from government agencies for their role in implementing the activities. At the forefront were the Eastern Province Emirate, the Ministry of Sports, and the Youth Hostels Association in the Eastern Province for their approval and support in organizing this event.

The events included awareness booths from:
- Saudi Red Crescent Authority
- Environmental Health at the Eastern Province Municipality
- Rescue Teams Association in the Eastern Province
- Basma Association for Family Support
- Ta'afi Charitable Association in the Eastern Province
- Waqayah Authority in the Eastern Province
- Al-Ikhaa Charity Association for Orphan Care in the Eastern Province
- Al-Khobar Health Employment Network

The events also included booths for productive families with limited income

Also, a corner showcasing handicrafts and heritage

Also, a variety of children’s games, traditional folklore
performance groups with activities for children on the stage

As well as a display of modified and classic cars

And a variety of sports games

The events witnessed significant coverage from the regional press and media, as well as engagement from social media enthusiasts.

At the conclusion of the events, the Assistant Director of the Ministry of Sports Branch, Mr. Mohammed Al-Shehail, praised the excellent organization, which delighted the visitors and fans of the facility.

At the conclusion of the events yesterday, Wednesday, the total number of visitors over the three days from October 6–8, 2025, from both genders, reached 1,824. Everyone praised the Youth Hostel administration, led by the head of the system, the Director of Youth Hostels, Hussein Al-Oufi.
